563B : Safety, Beavertail Grip, Concealment, Bullet Proof®, Blue
This minimized, Bullet Proof ® version of our classic beavertail safety is machined from hardened bar stock carbon steel without the flaws or inclusions that can plague many mass produced cast or molded inferior 1911 parts.
The exclusive Wilson compound joint radius is easy to fit by hand and the modified grip safety arm allows easy disassembly.
The minimized, sculpted "Concealment" rear grip tang and a raised rear palm swell for positive grip safety release will make this your preferred part for high-end custom builds where overall compactness is a priority.
Frame modification required.
Use our #402 fitting jig for best results.
Note: The smaller tang profile of this safety requires the use of a sub-compact hammer like our #337BC or #337SC
